What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of federal and commercial construction subcontracts through solicitation, proposal review, negotiation, administration, and closeout
• draft and edit subcontracts and consulting agreements
• review documents for required clauses and terms
• conduct assigned pre-negotiation research
• process assigned invoices
• ensure actions are authorized and signed
• maintain and close out files in accordance with applicable requirements.
