Packaging Machine Operator

The Packaging Machine Operator is an onsite, full-time role in Memphis, TN. Compensation is not specified. The operator sets up, runs, and performs basic maintenance on packaging and manufacturing equipment to produce temperature-controlled packaging products. The role supports safe, consistent production by following work orders and procedures, completing quality checks, recording production information, and assisting with material handling and line guidance.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate manufacturing or packaging equipment
• load machinery with specified materials and parts
• perform basic repairs and maintenance and coordinate advanced troubleshooting with maintenance staff
• follow work orders and procedures
• handle, assemble, pack, palletize, and move goods
• complete quality checks and production records
• meet production standards
• guide line coworkers as needed.
