The accountant manages financial activities for assigned construction projects, maintaining accurate budgets, costs, billings, and records. The role partners with project managers and internal teams to support informed decisions, reliable reporting, and project financial controls.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day project accounting
• maintain budgets, costs, commitments, and forecasts
• code and review expenses
• reconcile project costs and general ledger accounts
• review purchase orders, subcontractor costs, and change orders
• prepare and review owner and subcontractor pay applications
• process project invoices and customer billings
• monitor receivables
• complete month-end close and reconciliations
• assist with work-in-progress reporting and variance analysis
• communicate financial risks
• and maintain project documentation.
