What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end commercial-card client change initiatives
• manage implementations and enhancements for purchasing, corporate, virtual, and lodge card programs where applicable
• define scope, requirements, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders
• maintain project plans and milestones
• coordinate global and regional teams
• govern onboarding, configuration, account setup, readiness, and transition to ongoing support
• direct integrations across client ERP, expense-management, internal, and third-party systems
• coordinate testing and validation of transaction, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting files
• manage post-launch connectivity performance.
