The provider performs cleaning and related facility services under the scope of each service agreement, using their own methods, equipment, supplies, and schedule. The work helps maintain facility cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while following site safety protocols.

What you'll do

• As scoped in the service agreement, perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• provide floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping
• service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• use the provider’s own cleaning equipment and supplies
• perform minor facility upkeep
• follow site safety protocols
• and undertake painting touch-ups or light repairs where agreed.
