Guest Support – Renewal Center (Part-Time)

The Guest Support – Renewal Center role is onsite in Greenville, SC, and compensation is $12 per hour. Miracle Hill Ministries is South Carolina’s largest and most comprehensive provider of homeless services, serving people experiencing homelessness as they move toward independence, stability, and healthy relationships. The role exists to provide guest support while helping maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing facility environment. It contributes to the Renewal Center’s services through resident support, facility operations, documentation, safety procedures, and coordination with staff and referring agencies.

What you'll do

• Serve guests residing in the facility
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• provide access to medications according to ministry protocol
• maintain service-related written materials
• support compliance with resident guidelines
• encourage and support guests
• perform daily household tasks and room inspections
• conduct locker searches for cleanliness and contraband
• perform random drug screenings and document results
• support intake, cleaning, safety, or security assignments as assigned
• supervise guests in activities and participate in guest evaluation and correction.

Why this role
