What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• monitor access points and report suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns
• respond professionally to incidents and customer concerns
• prepare incident reports and communicate with site management and company leadership.
