Shift Leader is an onsite role in Greenville, SC. Pay is $16–$18 per hour plus tips. The role is part of the restaurant management team and reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Restaurant Manager. The shift leader coaches crew members, communicates shift priorities, and helps deliver a positive guest experience. The role supports product quality, service, cleanliness, food safety, sales goals, and consistent execution of restaurant standards.
