What you'll do

• Prepare menu items at grill, flat-top, fryer, and oven stations according to specifications
• manage multiple orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
• maintain portioning, temperature accuracy, plating, and signature builds
• keep stations clean, organized, and sanitary under Florida Department of Health standards
• prepare raw ingredients, specialty sauces, and house ingredients
• restock line stations and assist with late-night food preparation.
