The Behavioral Technician (Days) role is onsite in El Dorado Springs, MO, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and 40 hours per week. Compensation is $19 per hour. The role supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings. The technician helps residents build daily living skills, routines, and social behaviors while supporting rehabilitation and behavior programs. The work contributes to residents’ safety, well-being, and greater independence through direct assistance, observation, documentation, and a structured, encouraging environment.

What you'll do

• Support residents with life skills, routines, and social behaviors
• assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs
• monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition
• provide basic care, including vital signs and personal needs
• administer medication after Level 1 Medication Aide certification, with training provided
• transport clients to appointments and community activities
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• participate in emergency procedures
• complete documentation.
