PC Technician

Job overview

The PC Technician role is onsite in Sells, AZ, with stated pay of $27.84 per hour. The position supports Tohono O’odham Nation Healthcare information systems users and may require temporary relocation to other TONHC facilities, including Sells Hospital, Santa Rosa Health Center, San Simon Health Center, and San Xavier Health Center. The technician investigates and resolves computer hardware and software problems so users can work with functioning systems. The role contributes to reliable support by diagnosing incidents, installing and maintaining equipment and software, documenting issues, and training users.

What you'll do

• Answer support calls and guide users through diagnostics
• identify hardware or software problems
• log and track incidents and maintain documentation
• prepare help desk reports and recommend ways to reduce incidents
• install hardware and peripherals and load software
• verify system operation
• instruct users and schedule training as needed
• troubleshoot and maintain network, internet or intranet sites, email, and other systems
• assess hardware and software products
• replace defective or inadequate software
• maintain technical knowledge
• contribute to team duties.

Why this role
