Lead Technician II — Restoration and Mitigation

What you'll do

• Communicate with branch, operations, project, supervisory, and coordination stakeholders about schedules, scope changes, materials, and staffing
• perform or direct material pickup and ordering, contents moving, and repairs
• lead three or more technicians
• supervise multiple job types
• support customer experience and recommend adjustments
• maintain the assigned vehicle and restock supplies
• submit crew sheets, job notes, timecards, and completed work orders
• enforce company policies and safety procedures
• mentor and coach technicians
• assist with safety briefings and training
• may act as Site Safety Representative
• maintain trade skills through company training.
