What you'll do

• Develop regional CRA resourcing strategy and lead CRA managers
• establish staff metrics and key performance indicators
• oversee monitoring quality, study assignments, training, and performance management
• coordinate with clinical trial operations managers and study teams on monitoring expectations, site trends, risks, and study milestones
• manage CRO relationships and escalate CRA-related issues
• document oversight in accordance with ICH-GCP and company standards
• support audits and inspections as needed.
