What you'll do

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• provide care using neuro-affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical approaches
• collaborate in co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs
• participate in behavior treatment collaboration sessions
• provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians, as eligible.
