What you'll do

• Manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission.
• Serve as a Supervisor and Engineering Lead on high voltage electric transmission line design projects.
• Apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards.
• Perform engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, plans, and specifications, and prepare material procurement and construction documents.
• Manage client relations, proposal development, scope creation, and project management.
• Develop an engineering team with direct report responsibilities.
• Apply AI, automation, and digital design platforms.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

12+ years of relevant experience in the design of high voltage electric utility transmission systems. Professional Engineering Registration in at least one U.S. state or equivalent.
