What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, show the community, and perform leasing duties
• prepare and review lease paperwork
• train and mentor leasing staff
• support resident relations and retention
• monitor marketing listings and local market conditions
• maintain reports and files
• process move-ins and move-outs
• and route resident service requests to maintenance.
