Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
• purchase materials and services within specifications, delivery needs, budgets, and approval controls
• track orders through delivery and issue resolution
• monitor inventory and demand
• follow up with suppliers
• maintain vendor and purchasing records
• support cost analysis and invoice discrepancy resolution
• coordinate receiving and quality issues
• maintain procurement reports and KPIs
• communicate order status and risks to internal stakeholders.
