What you'll do

• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• conduct phone interviews and screening calls
• coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• communicate with candidates
• process interview recordings and transcripts
• maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation
• track candidate progress
• assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding
• maintain recruiting reports, schedules, and trackers.
