What you'll do

• Supervise and/or complete equipment disassembly and reassembly
• construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails
• select machines, techniques, and tools for equipment moves and jobs
• use rigging equipment and cranes to position metal pieces
• use measuring instruments and hand tools
• perform or supervise pipe threading, welding, cutting, grinding, machining, layout, fabrication, installation, and material transport
• read and interpret plans and blueprints.
