What you'll do

• Welcome visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests according to site procedures
• monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems
• respond to incidents and critical situations using established procedures
• maintain visitor logs, access records, incident documentation, and required reports.
