The Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Owings Mills, MD. Compensation is $20–$28 per hour based on experience. The technician supports maintenance across Maryland Management’s apartment communities, which provide housing and resident services.

• Complete resident work orders and apartment turnovers
• perform after-hours emergency on-call maintenance and snow removal

• handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
