What you'll do

• Spend approximately 75% of time coaching, training, and supporting gymnastics programs
• lead classes and model consistent coaching
• train and provide feedback to coaches
• work with Program Directors on lesson plans, progressions, and class experiences
• support staff in following systems and standards
• collaborate on program operations
• assist with communication and scheduling
• set goals for staff and programs.
