Regional Leasing Director

What you'll do

• Lead leasing and marketing strategy for assigned properties
• partner with community managers to monitor leasing velocity and address challenges
• coordinate between corporate leadership and site teams
• develop and oversee property-specific plans
• review marketing calendars and campaigns and recommend rate strategies
• coordinate with revenue management and marketing
• train and coach leasing teams
• lead workshops, site visits, and regional training
• monitor performance metrics and report findings
• ensure accurate reporting and compliance with policies and brand standards
• complete assigned special projects.
