Construction Engineering Technician

What you'll do

• Perform, support, and lead onsite construction inspection, observation, and documentation
• serve as an onsite liaison among the engineer, contractor, and client
• prepare and distribute daily reports, pay estimates, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, schedules, testing results, correspondence, and record drawings
• interpret construction plans and specifications
• and, as secondary assignments may include, assist with civil and transportation planning or design, AutoCAD drafting, surveying, and materials testing. Out-of-town travel and overtime may be required.
