What you'll do

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Integrity and Assessment products
• deliver tailored product overviews and demonstrations
• resolve technical inquiries and advise on RFP/RFI responses
• build business cases and value-focused presentations
• manage trials, pilots, and proofs of concept
• support deal strategy and customer messaging
• conduct technical discovery and document requirements and workflows
• share market feedback and feature requests with internal teams
• contribute to mentorship and best-practice sharing.
