The Heavy Equipment Operator / Driller Trainee (Construction) role is an onsite, full-time position in Concord, NH, paying $20–$22 per hour, plus a travel stipend. The trainee supports drilling and blasting operations by maintaining assigned equipment, learning and executing drill patterns, coordinating supplies, and completing field reports. The role contributes to safe, efficient job-site work while completing Driller I training.

What you'll do

• Follow job-specific instructions from superintendents, blasting supervisors, and drill operators
• work safely in varying weather
• maintain assigned equipment
• learn and execute drill patterns and layouts
• inventory and maintain drill accessories
• communicate problems and terrain conditions
• complete drill reports, hole sheets, and timecards
• coordinate and carry supplies
• attend meetings as needed
• complete Driller I training.
