What you'll do

• Own restaurant performance, sales growth, profitability, and P&L results
• lead and develop front- and back-of-house management teams
• uphold guest experience and brand service standards
• recruit, onboard, train, and retain managers and hourly team members
• manage labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and controllable expenses to budget
• ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and labor laws
• execute brand standards, promotions, and in-house marketing
• analyze operating reports and create action plans
• build succession through coaching and performance management
• represent the company in the local community and market.
