What you'll do

• Develop financial strategy, forecasts, scenario plans, and cash-flow projections
• advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities
• oversee accounting, close, payables, receivables, payroll coordination, and reporting
• maintain controls and compliance
• lead the annual budget, audit, and Form 990 process
• create department dashboards and reporting
• set the technology roadmap
• manage IT consultants and vendors
• coordinate systems architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, and continuity practices
• and lead and develop the finance team.

Why this role

Requires progressive leadership across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, and staff development; nonprofit accounting knowledge; and experience managing IT consultants, vendors, implementations, or integrations. A relevant bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of finance and accounting experience are preferred; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
