What you'll do

• Monitor network systems for alarms, outages, and performance issues
• perform first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
• open, update, and escalate trouble tickets
• communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors during incidents
• support network maintenance and scheduled events
• document issues, actions, and resolutions
• assist with reporting and daily network status updates
• respond to inbound requests by phone, email, and ticketing systems.
