The Medical Assistant — Fertility Care role is onsite in Downtown Boston’s Seaport area three days per week and Dedham, MA two days per week. The typical schedule is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with some variability and potential occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Compensation is $23–$29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Terra Fertility aims to make fertility care more accessible through transparent pricing, technology, and patient education. The assistant supports patients throughout fertility visits by providing clinical and administrative help to providers and coordinating follow-up care. The work contributes to a supportive patient experience and the clinic’s delivery of fertility diagnostics and treatment.

What you'll do

• Greet and room patients
• record vital signs
• perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• assist providers with HSGs, saline sonograms, IUIs, and endometrial biopsies
• prepare, clean, and restock exam rooms
• schedule follow-ups and lab tests
• enter clinical information in the EMR
• educate patients within scope
• sterilize and track instruments
• monitor supplies
• and support quality assurance, infection control, and patient confidentiality.

Why this role
