The aide supports residents’ quality of life by helping prepare and serve meals that reflect individual dietary needs and preferences. The role also maintains safe, clean food service areas and supports meal delivery and kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences
• serve meals while observing dietary restrictions
• maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and sanitation
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• support meal delivery, table bussing, and cleaning
• organize supplies and notify supervisors of stock needs
• follow food handling and workplace safety procedures.
