ABA Case Supervisor

ABA Case Supervisor is an onsite position in Huntington Park, CA, with a compensation of $26 - $32 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy supports students throughout the territory. This role conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develops function-based BIPs for assigned students, designs, implements, and evaluates the delivery and effectiveness of environmental modifications and instructional protocols, collaborates with and trains the student’s educational team, and provides direct supervision to the assigned Behavior Technician team.

What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Develop function-based BIPs, Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols, Collaborate with and train the student’s educational team, Provide direct supervision to the assigned Behavior Technician team, Work at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm with indirect work conducted in the afternoons.
