What you'll do

- assist with quotes, proposals, and bid documents
- track quotes, bids, and sales opportunities
- maintain customer information, pricing records, bid databases, and sales reports
- respond to customer inquiries
- help identify potential customers and projects
- coordinate with dispatch, production, and operations
- support order entry and scheduling
- assist with accounts receivable follow-up and billing questions
- support customer outreach and post-sale concerns.
