What you'll do

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessments and care plans
• maintain caregiver schedules and resolve conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs
• communicate schedule changes to clients and families
• record changes in company software
• coordinate shift backfill
• serve as a scheduling contact for client families
• audit timecards
• support caregiver file updates as directed
• accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month as directed by a supervisor.
