What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete maintenance work orders
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• perform unit turns and apartment make-readies
• complete preventive maintenance and property inspections
• maintain work order documentation and records
• communicate with residents and team members
• identify concerns early
• keep maintenance areas organized
• support property operations and resident satisfaction.
