What you'll do

• Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and champion our culture
• Take charge of opening and closing duties
• Dive into Team Member training, providing clear feedback and coaching
• Keep the store manager in the loop on Team Member performance
• Amp up the customer's love as a brand advocate
• Master the art of crafting high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates
• Organize work and sales areas
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Execute all tasks with a safety mindset.
