The Worship Lead and Student Coordinator role is onsite in Palmer, AK; compensation is not specified. ACF Church's mission is to amplify the grace of Jesus and its vision is “In Alaska as in Heaven.” The role leads campus worship and develops a youth gathering where students can be known, valued, connected, and discipled. Working with the Campus Pastor and worship and youth leadership, the coordinator supports consistent campus ministry culture and develops volunteer, adult, and student leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead weekly worship services, rehearsals, and run-throughs
• develop and guard campus worship culture
• foster discipleship among worship team members
• lead and develop a growing youth gathering
• develop adult and student leaders
• collaborate with Student Ministry leadership to implement ACF culture and values
• communicate and support the church's mission, vision, values, and goals.
