Clinical Registered Dietitian — Part-Time, Hybrid

RD Nutrition Consultants provides dietitians to healthcare facilities across the United States. The dietitian supports resident health by assessing nutritional needs, developing and monitoring individualized care plans, and coordinating nutrition services with the interdisciplinary care team. The role also contributes to regulatory compliance, resident monitoring, and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Conduct nutritional assessments for new admissions and quarterly, with more frequent reviews for high-risk residents
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
• provide nutrition education and counseling as needed
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care-team members
• maintain documentation and monitor resident weight
• participate in quality improvement as needed
• conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits and review menus semi-annually.
