Leasing Consultant — Petersburg

What you'll do

• Rent apartment units to prospective residents
• respond to phone and email inquiries
• meet prospects, identify their needs, and use sales techniques to close leases
• implement marketing and outreach plans
• show apartments and community amenities
• collect application information and enter it into the computer system
• communicate application decisions
• assist with lease applications and initial payments
• schedule move-ins and needed maintenance
• maintain resident files
• contact residents about lease renewals
• route service requests and write work orders as appropriate
• answer calls, greet visitors, and prepare requested reports.

Why this role
