What you'll do

• Ensure 24-hour provision of nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and company requirements
• maintain nursing standards under the Nurse Practice Act
• act for the Director of Nursing Services in their absence
• ensure essential information is exchanged and care documentation is maintained
• review daily assignments with nursing leaders
• monitor nursing personnel performance
• make daily rounds, identify problems, initiate corrective actions, and monitor follow-up.
