The Assistant Community Manager – Belle Meade Apartments role is onsite in Greenville, SC. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The assistant manager supports day-to-day operations at an affordable housing community, working under the Community Manager and helping maintain resident records, leases, rent collection, and property administration. The role may step in to oversee operations when the manager is absent.

What you'll do

• Complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare documents according to company policies
• maintain resident and property files and waiting lists
• collect rent and prepare lease enforcement notices
• assist with ordering supplies, processing invoices, and tracking maintenance schedules
• support property operations and the Community Manager.
