Member Service Center Representative II

Job overview

The Member Service Center Representative II role is based in Oak Brook, IL, with a hybrid schedule of two to three days per week in the office. Compensation is $25–$26 per hour. Lions International is a global service club organization whose members serve communities locally and worldwide; this role supports its Member Operations & Support Division. The representative responds to member and public inquiries, troubleshoots technology and account issues, and coordinates club application and charter processes. The role helps Lions club officers and members access support and carry out organizational activities.

What you'll do

• Respond to member issues by phone, email, chat, SMS, and written correspondence
• record interactions and resolutions
• troubleshoot Lions software and websites
• assist with publication and award inventory and fulfillment
• oversee new club applications and charter processes
• coordinate special charter requests and club sponsor requests
• oversee Leo-to-Lion certification.
