What you'll do

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
• analyze processes, workflows, and data
• translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• use SQL to query and validate data
• support data mapping, data quality, reporting, integration, and migration
• support Salesforce requirements, workflow analysis, testing, and implementation
• participate in system testing, UAT, defect tracking, and production validation
• assist with documentation, stakeholder communication, and system enhancements.
