The Obstetrics Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Columbia, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and a one-hour lunch, totaling 40 hours weekly. Compass Health Network’s integrated care team supports patients across the prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum continuum. What you'll do

• Coordinate care across prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum services
• track appointments, testing, referrals, consultations, delivery planning, and postpartum care
• provide outreach, navigation, education, and follow-up
• identify barriers and connect patients with organizational and community resources
• perform nursing assessment and telephone triage
• collaborate with patients, providers, hospitals, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• participate in complex care planning
• document care and support quality, safety, education, infection prevention, and compliance
• provide occasional direct clinic nursing support based on operational needs.

Why this role
