What you'll do

• Own development calendars and strategic planning
• lead and grow the accessories product development team
• coordinate internal partners and external suppliers
• drive prototype, SMS, and BOM decisions
• manage the development budget
• build vendor relationships
• identify sourcing gaps
• improve costs, sample lead times, and process efficiency
• uphold aesthetic, construction, and quality standards
• travel internationally to partners as needed.
