The Machine Operator – 1st Shift role is onsite in Lebanon, OH, and pays $17.75 per hour. The operator sets up and runs packaging equipment, monitors product quality, and maintains equipment and production records. The work helps ensure products are accurately produced, filled, sealed, and prepared to meet manufacturing and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment, including W&D web machines
• monitor production against manufacturing orders
• inspect machinery and finished products
• perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
• complete production paperwork and enter data into systems
• organize materials, labels, and packaging
• maintain a clean and efficient work area.
