What you'll do

• Use SAP to procure MRO materials
• review requisitions against work orders and MRP
• create and maintain material masters, MRP levels, purchasing data, PIRs, and source lists
• communicate with vendors about specifications, pricing, sourcing, and orders
• process purchase orders and follow up on open orders
• analyze inventory requirements
• coordinate with factory storekeepers and technical leads
• work with accounts payable to resolve invoice and pricing variances
• submit new vendor requests
• apply corporate policies and contracted supplier requirements.
