What you'll do

• Schedule job-site equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
• confirm the quality of subcontractor and company work
• monitor crews and contractors for schedule and plan compliance
• maintain a safe job site
• schedule and document owner and contractor meetings
• lead job-site and preconstruction meetings
• address job-site problems
• perform manual labor as part of the crew when needed.
