What you'll do

• Lead site safety and enforce project safety requirements
• supervise large-scale construction projects
• coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, trades, and vendors
• create action plans for deviations
• issue weekly manpower requests and four-week look-ahead schedules
• ensure teams use current plans and documentation
• monitor work quality and QA/QC
• track budget, labor, and materials
• submit daily progress reports
• coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• attend project kickoff, closeout, production, and safety meetings.
