What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• support the general ledger and accounts payable process
• code expenses, process payments, and identify fixed assets for capitalization
• process employee reimbursements and manage company credit card use
• support cash receipts and monthly bank and account reconciliations
• assist with federal grant drawdowns and compliance with Uniform Guidance
• respond to inquiries within one business day
• assist with monthly financial reports, budget-to-actual reporting, annual audit, financial statements, and tax filings as needed.
